Text
This chapter applies to each:
(1)municipality; and
(2)county that:
(A)does not have a consolidated city; and
(B)receives notification from the department of environmental
management that the county will be subject to storm water
regulation under 327 IAC 15-13;
that adopts the provisions of this chapter by ordinance.
