Text
As used in this chapter, "project" refers to a project relating to energy infrastructure and generation resources that:
(1)are required primarily to serve a large load customer of an
energy utility; and
(2)may be designed to serve more than one (1) large load
customer of the energy utility or to meet other customer demand
or energy needs.
