Text
(a)As used in this chapter, "acquisition" means
a project or an arrangement that is undertaken:
(1)by an energy utility to construct, purchase, lease, or otherwise
acquire a generation resource; and
(2)in accordance with an approved EGR plan.
(b)The term includes the purchase of energy or capacity through a
power purchase agreement.
