Text

A person, other than a city or town, to whom the authority to supply piped drinking water is transferred from a city or town, shall maintain, to the extent practicable and reasonable, the quality of water required at the time of transfer of such authority, under section 2 of this chapter. As added by Acts 1981, P.L.105, SEC.1.
