§ 8-1-44-9 — "Project"
As used in this chapter, "project" refers to a
project for the construction, purchase, or lease of one (1) or more
SMRs at an eligible project site for the generation of electricity to be
directly or indirectly used to furnish public utility service to Indiana
customers.
