§ 8-1-44-4 — "Eligible partnership"

Text

As used in this chapter, "eligible partnership"
means a group or entity, however organized, that:
(1) consists of:
(A) at least one (1) eligible utility; and
(B) one (1) or more other eligible partners described in section
3(1) through 3(7) of this chapter; and
(2) is formed for the purpose of developing one (1) or more SMRs
at an eligible project site under the program.
