§ 8-1-44-1 — "Certificate of public convenience and necessity"

As used in this chapter, "certificate of public convenience and necessity", or "CPCN", means a certificate required under IC 8-1-8.5-2 for the construction, purchase, or lease of any facility for the generation of electricity to be directly or indirectly used for the furnishing of public utility service.
