Text
As used in this chapter, "public use electric vehicle pilot program", or "pilot program", means a limited deployment of:
(1)charging infrastructure; or
(2)make-ready infrastructure;
that is designed to evaluate the feasibility and design, including the
associated costs and benefits, of a larger scale deployment of such
infrastructure necessary to support public use electric vehicles.
