Text
As used in this chapter, "make-ready infrastructure" means the:
(1)structures;
(2)machinery;
(3)equipment;
(4)hardware;
(5)software;
(6)storage batteries; and
(7)other capital investments;
installed to connect charging infrastructure to an electric utility's
distribution system, including any necessary upgrades to the electric
utility's distribution system.
