Text
(a)An electricity supplier shall provide and
maintain the metering equipment necessary to carry out the
procurement of excess distributed generation from customers in
accordance with this chapter.
(b)The commission shall recognize in the electricity supplier's basic
rates and charges an electricity supplier's reasonable costs for the
metering equipment required under subsection (a).
