Text

An electricity supplier shall procure the excess distributed generation produced by a customer at a rate approved by the commission under section 17 of this chapter. Amounts credited to a customer by an electricity supplier for excess distributed generation shall be recognized in the electricity supplier's fuel adjustment proceedings under IC 8-1-2-42.
