Indiana Statutes
§ 8-1-39-4 — "Public utility"
As used in this chapter, "public utility" means:
(1)an energy utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2.5-2);
(2)a municipally owned utility (as defined in IC 8-1-2-1(h)); or
(3)a department of public utilities created by IC 8-1-11.1.
