§ 8-1-37-9 — "Regional transmission organization"

As used in this chapter, "regional transmission organization", with respect to an electricity supplier, refers to the regional transmission organization approved by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission for the control area that includes the electricity supplier's assigned service area (as defined in IC 8-1-2.3-2).
