Text
As used in this chapter, "clean energy credit", or "CEC", means an interest that:
(1)represents one (1) megawatt hour of clean energy that satisfies
the condition set forth in section 12(c)(2) of this chapter;
(2)is quantifiable and transferrable; and
(3)is possessed by not more than one (1) entity at a time.
