§ 8-1-34-5 — "Gross revenue"
As used in this chapter, "gross revenue" means all consideration of any kind or nature, including cash, credits, property, and in kind contributions:
(1)received by a holder from the operation of a video service
system in a particular unit in Indiana; and
(2)calculated by the holder under section 23 of this chapter.
