Indiana Statutes
§ 8-1-34-4 — "Franchise"
As used in this chapter, "franchise" means an initial authorization, or a renewal of an authorization, that:
(1)is issued by the commission under this chapter after June 30,
2006; and
(2)authorizes the construction or operation of a video service
system in a designated service area in Indiana.
