Text

(a)As used in this chapter, "communications service" refers to any of the following:
(1)Telecommunications service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153).
(2)Information service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. 153).
(b)The term includes:
(1)video service (as defined in IC 8-1-34-14);
(2)broadband service;
(3)advanced services (as defined in 47 CFR 51.5); and
(4)Internet Protocol enabled services; however classified by the Federal Communications Commission.
