Text
(a)A system integrity adjustment may not
exceed the product of an eligible utility's adjustment amount multiplied
by ninety-four hundredths (0.94).
(b)For purposes of the credit or recovery of an adjustment amount,
a system integrity adjustment must be allocated only to an eligible
utility's non-industrial rate classes.
