Text

As used in this chapter, "system integrity collar" means a dollar amount that is equal to the product of:

(1)an eligible utility's authorized revenues; multiplied by
(2)two hundredths (0.02). An eligible utility's system integrity collar is satisfied when the eligible utility's cumulative excess or deficit equals or exceeds the eligible utility's system integrity collar.
