§ 8-1-29-2 — "Telecommunications" defined

Indiana·Art. 1 UTILITIES GENERALLY·Ch. 29 Telecommunications Customers
As used in this chapter, "telecommunications" means the electronic transmission, between or among points specified by the user, of information of the user's choosing, without change in the form or content of the information sent and received. The term does not include commercial mobile radio service (as defined in 47 U.S.C. 332).
