Text
As used in this chapter, "mechanized equipment" means equipment operated by means of mechanical power, including:
(1)trenchers;
(2)bulldozers;
(3)power shovels;
(4)augers;
(5)backhoes;
(6)scrapers;
(7)drills;
(8)cable and pipe plows;
(9)hydraulic excavators; and
(10)other equipment that may cause damage to underground
facilities.
