§ 8-1-26-25 — Penalties under IC 8-1-22.5 for pipeline operators
An operator of a pipeline facility that violates
this chapter may be subject to a civil penalty imposed by the
commission under IC 8-1-22.5 in addition to a penalty or fine imposed
under this chapter.
