Text

4. As used in this chapter, "tolerance zone", with respect to a physical plant, means an area extending not less than:

(1)the width of the underground facilities of the physical plant; plus
(2)two (2) feet; above, below, and in a full radius surrounding all outer limits of both the underground and aboveground facilities of the physical plant.
