Indiana Statutes
§ 8-1-26-11 — "Person"
As used in this chapter, "person" means an
individual, a corporation, a partnership, a limited liability company, an
association, or other entity organized under the laws of any state. The
term includes state, local, and federal agencies. The term does not
include the association.
