This chapter does not affect the rights and obligations of any person or entity concerning the payment of switched network access rates or other carrier compensation concerning:
(1)Internet Protocol enabled services;
(2)advanced services (as defined in 47 CFR 51.5);
(3)broadband service; or
(4)other Internet access services.
