Text
Annual Reports. The municipal utilities or
joint agencies possessing ownership interests in a project shall,
following the closing of each fiscal year, submit a consolidated or
combined annual report of their activities (including the activities of
any joint agency) with respect to such project for the preceding year to
the respective governing bodies of such municipalities and to the
commission. Each report shall set forth in a form prescribed by the
commission a complete operating and financial statement covering the
operations of the project during the year. The municipalities or joint
agencies possessing ownership interests in a project shall cause an
audit of the books of record and accounts relating to such project
(including any joint agency) to be made at least once in each year by
