Text
1.Notwithstanding any other provision of this
chapter, after February 29, 1980, a municipality, public utility, or
corporation organized under IC 8-1-13 may not bring any action in the
circuit or superior court of any county against any corporation
organized under IC 8-1-13 or any public utility as defendant for the
condemnation of its electric utility property for the use of the property
in providing electric utility service.
