Text

1.Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, after February 29, 1980, a municipality, public utility, or corporation organized under IC 8-1-13 may not bring any action in the circuit or superior court of any county against any corporation organized under IC 8-1-13 or any public utility as defendant for the condemnation of its electric utility property for the use of the property in providing electric utility service. As added by Acts 1980, P.L.69, SEC.2.
