§ 8-1-2-7 — Valuation of property; hearings

Before final determination of such value, the
commission shall, after notice to the public utility, hold a public
hearing as to such valuation in the manner prescribed for a hearing in
sections 54 through 67 of this chapter, and the provisions of such
sections so far as applicable shall apply to such hearing.
