§ 8-1-2-64 — Witnesses; depositions

The commission, or any party, may, in any investigation, cause the depositions of witnesses residing without the state to be taken in the manner prescribed by law for like depositions in civil actions in circuit courts. Formerly: Acts 1913, c.76, s.67.
