§ 8-1-2-126 — Electrical power generated outside the United States
A public utility or municipally owned utility
may not purchase or transmit any electrical power generated in a
country outside of the borders of the United States, unless the
commission determines that the purchase or transmission is necessary
for the health and welfare of the citizens of Indiana.
