§ 8-1-13-18 — Rates and charges; jurisdiction and powers of commission

Indiana·Art. 1 UTILITIES GENERALLY·Ch. 13 Rural Electric Membership Corporation Act
A corporation is subject to the jurisdiction of the commission for the purpose of fixing rates to be charged to members of the corporation for energy, and for the purpose of service area assignments under IC 8-1-2.3.
