§ 8-1-12-1 — Consent of commission

Indiana·Art. 1 UTILITIES GENERALLY·Ch. 12 Utility Service to Certain Hospitals
Any public utility operating in any city or town, and any city or town in Indiana which owns or operates any public utility, is authorized, with the consent of the commission, to furnish utility service, free of charge, to any hospital that is located within the city or town, or immediately adjacent to the city or town, and that accepts and cares for charity patients.
