§ 4-7-1-11 — Suits to recover on accounts; remedies
Indiana·Art. 7 AUDITOR OF STATE
Nothing contained in the provisions of this
chapter shall be so construed as to affect any legal remedy which might
be used if such provisions were not in force for the recovery of any
claim in favor of the state.
