Text
Wherever it is now provided by law that any
officer, board, commission, department, institution, association,
service, agency, or undertaking of state government shall file an annual
report with the governor, such report shall be filed covering the fiscal
year beginning July 1, and ending June 30, and such report shall be
filed on or before September 1 of each year. However, such reports to
be filed during the calendar year of 1933, shall cover the period from
October 1, 1932, to June 30, 1933, and shall be filed on or before
September 1, 1933.
