§ 4-1-10-3 — Nondisclosure of Social Security number

Indiana·Art. 1 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS·Ch. 10 Release of Social Security Number
(a)For purposes of this section, disclosure of the last four (4) digits of an individual's Social Security number is not a disclosure of the individual's Social Security number.
(b)Except as provided in section 4 or 5 of this chapter, a state agency may not disclose an individual's Social Security number.
