Text
The attorney general is authorized to employ one
(1)or more assistants, residing in the city of Washington, District of
Columbia, to assist the attorney general in the presentation and
prosecution of claims of the state against the United States, pertaining
to swamplands, or swampland indemnity, as the attorney general may
think necessary.
