§ 4-5-1-12 — Dealer services division; director to be appointed
Indiana·Art. 5 SECRETARY OF STATE
(a)The secretary of state shall establish a
dealer services division within the office of the secretary of state. The
dealer services division shall administer IC 9-32.
(b)The secretary of state shall appoint a director of the dealer
services division established by subsection (a).
