§ 4-4-41-1 — "Broadband Internet"

Indiana·Art. 4 LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR·Ch. 41 Indiana Broadband Connectivity Program
As used in this chapter, "broadband Internet" means a connection to the Internet that provides an actual speed of at least fifty (50) megabits per second downstream and at least five (5) megabits per second upstream, regardless of the technology or medium used to provide the connection.
