1.
(a)As used in this chapter, "rural health
clinic" means a building that is:
(1)located in a rural area;
(2)owned or operated by a health care entity (as defined in IC 25-26-14-6); and
(3)used primarily to provide diagnostic, medical, surgical, dental,
or rehabilitative care.
(b)The term does not include a pharmacy or wholesale drug
distributor.
