Text
2. As used in this chapter, "public school corporation" means either of the following:
(1)A local public school corporation established under Indiana
law, including a:
(A)school city;
(B)school town;
(C)metropolitan school district;
(D)consolidated school corporation;
(E)county school corporation;
(F)community school corporation; and
(G)united school corporation.
(2)A charter school (as defined in IC 20-24-1-4).
