Text
As used in this chapter, "eligible broadband service" means a connection to the Internet that provides an actual speed of at least:
(1)one thousand (1,000) megabits per second downstream with
respect to grants awarded under section 9(b)(1) or 9(b)(2) of this
chapter; or
(2)one hundred (100) megabits per second downstream and at
least twenty (20) megabits per second upstream with respect to
grants awarded under section 9(b)(3) or 9(b)(4) of this chapter;
regardless of the technology or medium used to provide the connection.
