§ 4-4-38-3 — "Qualified broadband project expenses"
(a)As used in this chapter, "qualified broadband
project expenses" means capital expenses directly related to a qualified
broadband project, including design, construction, engineering,
permitting, and testing expenses.
(b)The term does not include operating or maintenance expenses
related to a qualified broadband project.
