§ 4-4-37-3 — "Person"
As used in this chapter, "person" means any of the following:
(1)An individual.
(2)A partnership.
(3)A firm.
(4)An association.
(5)A joint venture.
(6)A limited liability company.
(7)A corporation.
(8)A nonprofit organization or nonprofit corporation.
