Text
A certificate holder or vendor shall promptly report to the commission any information relating to:
(1)criminal or disciplinary proceedings commenced against the
certificate holder or vendor in connection with its operations;
(2)bets or wagers that violate state or federal law;
(3)abnormal betting activity or patterns that may indicate a
concern regarding the integrity of a sporting event or events;
(4)any potential breach of the relevant sport's governing body's
internal rules and codes of conduct pertaining to sports wagering;
(5)any other conduct that corrupts a betting outcome of a sporting
event or events for purposes of financial gain; and
(6)suspicious or illegal wagering activities, including use of
funds derived from illegal activity, wagers to conceal or launder
