Text
(a)A certificate holder, vendor, or sports
wagering service provider shall employ commercially reasonable
methods to maintain the security of wagering data, customer data, and
other confidential information from unauthorized access and
dissemination.
(b)Nothing in this article precludes the use of Internet or cloud
based hosting of data described in subsection (a) or any disclosure of
information required by court order, other law, or this article.
