§ 4-38-8-1 — Annual administrative fee
A certificate holder shall pay to the commission
an annual administrative fee of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000). The
fee imposed by this section is due one (1) year after the date that the
certificate holder commences sports wagering operations under this
article and on each annual anniversary date thereafter. The commission
shall deposit the administrative fees received under this section in the
sports wagering fund established by section 2 of this chapter.
