Text

(a)A person applying for a sports wagering service provider license under this chapter must pay a nonrefundable application fee of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to the commission. The commission shall deposit fees received under this section in the sports wagering fund established by IC 4-38-8-2.
(b)An applicant must submit a completed application on a form prescribed by the commission.
