Text
A person holding a vendor's license shall pay to
the commission an annual administrative fee of fifty thousand dollars
($50,000). The fee imposed by this section is due one (1) year after the
date that the vendor begins performing services under a contract with
a certificate holder in the conduct of sports wagering under this article
and on each annual anniversary date thereafter. The commission shall
deposit the administrative fees received under this section in the sports
wagering fund established by IC 4-38-8-2.
