Text
(a)The commission shall test new sports
wagering devices and new forms, variations, or composites of sports
wagering under the terms and conditions that the commission considers
appropriate before authorizing a certificate holder to offer a new sports
wagering device or a new form, variation, or composite of sports
wagering.
(b)A certificate holder shall provide all data relating to the conduct
of sports wagering to the commission.
(c)The commission may provide data received from a certificate
holder to any governing body conducting a sporting event described in
section 4(a) of this chapter.
