Text
Rules adopted under section 1 of this chapter must require a certificate holder to do the following:
(1)Designate one (1) or more areas within the licensed facility
operated by the certificate holder for sports wagering conducted
under this article.
(2)Ensure that the certificate holder's surveillance system covers
all areas of the certificate holder's licensed facility in which sports
wagering is conducted.
(3)Allow the commission to be present through the commission's
gaming agents during the time sports wagering is conducted in all
areas of the certificate holder's licensed facility in which sports
wagering is conducted to do the following:
(A)Ensure maximum security of the counting and storage of
the sports wagering revenue received by the certificate holder.
(B)Certify the sports
